Order Information
- Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided upon our customers' order. To check the status of an order, please email orders@craftingisfun.com
- Orders usually ship out within two to three days from time of receipt.
- International orders are accepted; however, please contact info@craftingisfun.com before placing an order to get shipping information. Shipping times and charges differ from Domestic orders.

Billing
- We accept the following credit card types online: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
- Orders delivered within the State of Hawaii will be charged a 4.712% tax on the total product purchase.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (excludes gift cards).

Orders that require Express Shipping and Handling will be charged an additional $30.00 to their total shipping cost. Express orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.

An email will be sent to you, when an address is provided, on the day your order is shipped out.

It will include a tracking number that will enable you to determine the exact date your package will be delivered.

Returns & Exchanges
We at Crafting is Fun! take pride in providing our customers with quality products and services. Merchandise in its original condition or with a manufacturer's defect may be returned for a full refund or a merchandise exchange. A refund & exchange form is required for refunds and exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for return shipping charges and/or original shipping charges, unless an error was made on our behalf. Be sure to send the merchandise back to us using insured or tracking mail services.
