Order Information
- Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided upon our customer order.
- Orders usually ship out within two or three days from the time of receipt.
- International orders are accepted; however, please contact us before placing your order to get shipping information. Shipping times and charges differ from Domestic orders.

If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message and we will get back to you shortly.Returns & ExchangesMerchandise in its original condition and packaging, or with a manufacturer's defect may be returned for a full refund or a merchandise exchange within 60 days of purchase. A Return & Exchange Form is required for refunds and exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for return shipping charges and/or original shipping charges, unless an error was made by us. Be sure to send the merchandise back to us using insured or tracking mail services. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
