Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise in its original condition and packaging, or with a manufacturer's defect may be returned for a full refund or a merchandise exchange within 60 days of purchase.  A Return & Exchange Form is required for refunds and exchanges.   Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for return shipping charges and/or original shipping charges, unless an error was made by us.  Be sure to send the merchandise back to us using insured or tracking mail services.  If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
