Merchandise in its original condition or with a manufacturer's defect may be returned for a full refund or a merchandise exchange. A Return & Exchange Form is required for refunds and exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for return shipping charges and/or original shipping charges, unless an error was made by us. Be sure to send the merchandise back to us using insured or tracking mail services.
